In less than a week from my touch up my big toes are the only nails that remain unchipped... wait I take that back... ONE of my big toes is the only one that remains unchipped...
Had the best experience today at this nail salon! Everyone was so nice and they treated my daughter like a princess. Big shout out to Brenda and Keola (?). Hands down this is my new go to nail salon!!
Gita gave me my shalac pedicure today. I walked in without an appt. Host was very welcoming, anxious to please. Beautiful light bright decor with lots of sunlight streaming in from floor to ceiling windows, relaxing music, complimentary beverage and extremely professional pedicure. Clean, professional, upbeat staff. I liked the OPI colors they had to choose from and the paraffin wax treatment at the end. Stone massage and the actual paint job on my toes was excellent. This is my new fav place for pedicures. I highly recommend this place and would specifically ask for Gita.
I have never had an issue with paint chipping from my toes, until now. In less than a week one of the nails paint was completely chipped off. I rushed back to get it fixed, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get the one nail fixed, when I started to open the paint to just do it myself someone finally rushed over to take over.
Awesome pedi! I liked the hot towels and attention to detail! Liked that she didn't hurry through the basic pedi! Vy did a nice job!
I have no clue what they did wrong. It was OPI polish. They must not have prepped the nails properly.

Beautiful deco, a bit pricey, had issues with nails, left place still with issues. Hard to communicate with techs. If your looking for conversation with your technician, definitely not the place for you. One lady who was there, separating foils, kept on looking at me very dirty, why, no clue. Took an hour and a half, to do a fill and 2 nail repairs.
I will admit the decor was beautiful, it was comfortable and relaxing. I had really hoped this would be my new go to nail salon.
I very rarely get my nails done. I can't justify getting my hands done, because they don't last long enough to justify the expense. My toes however last for months as they grow out, so from time to time, I can justify spending some money on myself.
The girl helping me out at first didn't know how to handle ingrown nails, when I inquired about for a 2nd time she said that I must wait until the end when my feet had soaked for a long time so it is soft. When the soak was done she moved on to massage I asked again about the ingown and she said don't worry it will get done. After the massage she called over another girl to handle the rest of my service. The first girl obviously didn't know how to handle the situation. I didn't really pay attention to the rest of the service, I was trying to realx. (Being a new mom I almost never get to relax)
