I will probably still use them for some car service repairs, because they are one of the few locations that will allow the owner to provide parts and just install them. Labor rates are reasonable, but also suffers from the long wait times.
I brought my car in for a recall notice, great communication as to how long it would take, kept me informed on progress, and had a great waiting area with coffee. Great experience, highly recommended. Thanks!
Came to have front license plate holder installed. It only took one day to get it in stock. When I drove into the warm garage ,even though everyone was busy one man stopped what he was doing and greeted me. He walked me to the parts department and told me to go back to him after I got the part. When I returned he was busy, but he saw me, again stooped what he was doing and 2 minutes later had it installed and he even screwed in the license plate. Thats fantastic service and that gentleman deserves a raise!
My review is specifically for their oil change and car repair services. I have not purchased a vehicle here. I have been using them for the past 3-4 years for oil changes, but I won't any longer. The wait times are just too long, and their staff have consistently been apathetic and unaccommodating the last few visits. We purchased an oil change package for 3 uses, which apparently they try to hide a 1-year expiration date that is not disclosed anywhere on their ads nor was it told to us.
The collision center is good...beyond that. Had a horrible experience with both the new and used staffs. My wife was treated with disgraceful tact. Almost to the point of being looked diwn on or invisible. We took our business else where. The only problem with the collision center was over a rental. But that was not their fault.
Great experience. Did not pressure us at all! Lots of vehicles from which to choose! Scott Galbraith did an excellent job helping us find the vehicle we wanted... not the vehicle he wanted us to have. Cory made the financing portion easy!
